Termeni si conditii:
• FPP’s are earned when you are dealt cards at any real money ring game or pay a tournament fee. You'll earn 1 FPP for every dollar raked. In tournament play, you'll earn 7 FPPs per dollar in tournament fees paid.
• Any player found manipulating software and/or acting in a fraudulent manner will be excluded from the promotion at the sole discretion of PowerPoker.
• The winning players from each qualifying event will win a seat to the 10 Seat SNG held on the 10th of May, 2010.
• The travel expenses will be credited to the players’ PowerPoker account within 48 hours of SNG end.
• Winner will receive 3 days accommodation in Cannes and $500 credited to their account for travel expenses along with entry to the party on 19/05/2010.
• PowerPoker reserves the right to use pictures, videos and interviews from this event for promotional purposes.
• PowerPoker reserves the right to change, alter, postpone or terminate this promotion at any time.
• It is the individual winner's responsibility to arrange their own travel to Cannes for the event and to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification. PowerPoker will book accommodation.
• Players must be of legal age to participate in both the online and live tournaments.
• PowerPoker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and participating in this event.
• In the case a player forfeits his winning package; this will go to the player who placed 2nd in the SNG.
• The winning package is not redeemable for cash.
